2. Nature of Service
SecureShift Cash is a loan connection service, not a direct lender. We facilitate introductions between consumers and third-party lenders. We do not make lending decisions or issue loan funds.
3. Loan Terms & APR
All loan terms, including APRs, fees, and repayment schedules, are set solely by the lender you choose. APRs typically range from 200%–800%+ depending on the lender, amount, duration, and state. Always read all terms before accepting any loan offer.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, a US resident, and have an active bank account. Not all applicants will qualify. Service availability varies by state.
5. No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee a loan offer. Being matched with lenders does not constitute an approval or commitment to lend.
6. Referral Compensation
We receive compensation from lenders when borrowers are matched and funded. This does not affect lender rates or your cost.
7. Responsible Borrowing
Short-term loans are intended for emergency use. Borrow only what you can afford to repay on time. Late payments may incur fees and affect your credit.
8. Limitation of Liability
SecureShift Cash is not liable for lender actions, loan denials, collections, or credit reporting by lenders in our network.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable US laws. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration.
